“Just like another 2 couples , we couldn’t gain access to the property as we were told it was damaged on arrival to the property . We were left stranded and had to sleep on the street due to not being able To afford accadation elsewhere . We spoke to a man who we think was in charge of the property and he couldn’t have gave less of a damn. Shocking with no communication from Expedia and the property to not have yhe DECENCY to let us know !”

“Great hotel. Food was very nice. The only let down was no toilet paper, carpet needed a good hoover by the door. But other than that the room was spacious and modern and beds were comfy. Had the best sleep on any pull out bed. As daughter always gets the king with her mother. Food was great. Breakfast was good and the staff were great even though they had to many parties at the same time amd the ice machine broke with no cocktails but the heat was ridiculous so you cant blame them. “Fantastisk, väldigt bra mottagning från personalen, bra information och läget är AAA plus. 150meter från Anfield stadium. Top ! Inredningen är i Liverpool tema. Lite lite minus är på matchdagen kan det va musik till 00.00-01.00 i baren. Som hörs till rummet men är man trött så hör man ändå inte. Sängen i rummet jag hade kan behöva ny madrass. Den har nog passerat sitt bäst-före-datum. 9/10 för mig som älskar fotboll. Och använder boendet som övernattning, ”

“Stayed here while playing some of the best golf courses on the English golf coast. Wonderful place on a quiet street. Close to pubs and town centre. Short walk to train station. Gary and Shirley made us feel like home. Nice breakfast with lots of choices. Would definitely stay there again if I come back to Southport. ”

“Was a short stop before I travelled by ferry, checked in late, had clear instructions from the owner, great communication. Room was really spacious, very comfortable bed and pillows. Included robes to use and a large bath sheet, which if you stay at hotels regularly you’ll appreciate! Really impressed overall with the booking, far nicer than I expected. Great area too. Safe, quiet and close to anything you might need”

“Jonathan welcomed us as we arrived. He gave us a full overview about the area, touring options and the house facilities. He was very considirate and we worked a breakfast that suited our kosher diet. The house is AMASING! huge bed, beutiful bathroom, everything is nicely decorated. We didn't come with a car so we used public transportation (Uber, train). It worked great.”

“I feel I have stumbled across a hidden gem! What makes The Farm stand out for me is the customer service. Nothing was too much trouble, they even rang on my day of arrival to ensure I had all the relevant details needed to enjoy my stay as I was arriving late. It has a real family feel, and breakfast (made by the owners mum) was delicious. I will definitely be returning. Thank you for having us.”

“The property set a very high standard. Felt very homely and welcomed and helped in with our luggage by Michael and we found him a great host .The room was immaculate and so many nice touches like fresh milk and filtered water and Yorkshire teabags which are my kinda cup of tea. “Michael is a gentleman, he was very quick to sort out an issue that arose during my stay. He went out of his way to do all he could to make the stay more relaxed and enjoyable. Please don't think you're paying for a hotel room at this price however, what I got I was more than happy with and while lots of people will complain, you get what you pay for. For Liverpool football fans this place is literally right next door! Look out the windows and you can literally reach out and touch the Stadium! ”

“The property was in pleasant grounds, in an attractive village. There are a number of b and b rooms in the barn which is now an annex to the main house. The room had a high ceiling so was airy and spacious. The ensuite shower room was too. The bed could be a double or two singles so was large size and we found to be comfortable. "We arrived at 12.00, and our check in was at 15.00. Our plan was to ask if we could leave our bags and check in earlier. Before we even asked about the check in, the receptionist already offered to check us in directly. It was amazing and this made our whole experience wonderful. The room was very clean, bathroom was big, bed was so soft and fluffy. We could also easily cast from the phone to the TV. The location was perfect. It was very central and right around a lot of bars and restaurants, but you couldn’t hear anything from outside if you were in the room. Overall we really loved the Resident. And we are definitely coming back!"

"Det var en väldigt fin vistelse. Hotellet ligger nära allt, speciellt centrala liverpool, det är också nära till tågstation och bussar som kan ta dig runt staden. Rummet i sig var fräsch, stor och var perfekt storlek för två personer. Det som var mindre bra var att vi bodde på bottenvåning vilket innebär att vi inte hade fönster, och att det kunde lukta lite instängd efter att man hade lämnat rummet i några timmar. Personalen var trevliga, hjälpsamma. "

"Stayed here for 2 nights. Beautiful hotel with a great staff. The room was kinda big. There is no cleaning in the room if you stay there for 2 nights. The room was very dusty and the sheets on the bed was dirty. The bathroom was good and the shower was okey. We could'nt hear anything from the rooms next to us so the isolation is good. "

"The photel is a old office or parliamentarian building, so it's kinda weird to walk the hallways to your room. When you step in to the hotel, you will probably be amazed, since the first impression of this place is, impressive. It's a really nice ground floor/atrium with a nice (?) restaurant. I had problems getting a good connection though to the web. However, a member of the staff helped me get online."
